At the table · pillar I
A wizard that walks the guest to the right bowl
A calm tablet sits on the table and the guest is in charge. They build a mix by brand, let the menu guide them by taste, or tap Surprise me — set the strength and an optional splash of ice or mint in plain language — and the order lands behind the bar before a server walks over. When a bowl's in, a tap returns the tablet to a clean welcome screen for the next table.
What you get
- Three ways in — build a mix by brand, get guided by taste, or Surprise me
- Strength on a 1–10 dial, from Mild to Heavy; ice and mint as optional splashes
- Twelve languages on the tablet — EN, DE, PL, RU, UA, FR, ES, IT, PT, TR, ZH, KO
- No staff needed to take the order; a tap resets it for the next guest
How it works
Two ways to choose, plus a wildcard
Guests can build their own mix from any brand's flavours — one to four tobaccos, each share set in clean 5% steps that always add up to a full bowl, balanced for them as they go. Or they let the menu guide them by taste and pick one of your published house blends. Not sure? Surprise me drops a blend straight in, with a re-roll if they want another.
Strength, ice and mint in plain language
Strength rides a 1–10 dial labelled Mild, Soft, Balanced, Bold and Heavy, so nobody needs to think in grams. Ice and mint appear as optional splashes — up to a third of the bowl, in 5% steps — whenever you have them switched on and in stock.
Stock-aware and offline-ready
The wizard only offers what's actually on your shelf, and warns before a bowl that would run you short. If the internet drops, orders queue on the tablet with a temporary number and sync to the bar the moment you're back — no lost orders, and two tablets working offline never clash.
