How it works

Bowls arrive in a single list, oldest first. Tap Start when you pick one up and Mark done when it goes out; the change lands on every other tablet within a second over a live connection, so the bar, the floor and the kiosk are always looking at the same night.
Nothing slips, even offline
Cancel a bowl that was never started, or mark one not-done and its tobacco returns to stock. If the connection drops, the floor keeps working — orders and taps queue on the device and sync the moment you're back, and because every order carries its own id, the same bowl never lands twice.
The whole day, then the trend
The admin order list defaults to the current business day, opening time to close, and every order feeds the analytics page — busiest hours, daily totals and trends — so locking up tells you how the night actually went.
