Over the coals
Coal changes timed on a map of your floor
Draw your venue once and the staff panel becomes a live picture of the room. Every served bowl carries its own coal-change countdown on the table it went to, the tile turns red the moment a change falls due, and one tap logs the swap and starts the next cycle — no more guessing which bowl went out first.
What you get
- Timers start on their own the moment a bowl is served
- Set the cadence once — coal changes per bowl and minutes per change
- A table turns red the moment its coals fall due
- Countdowns keep ticking offline; taps sync when the connection is back
How it works
A live picture of the room
Lay your tables out in the floor-plan editor — drag, resize, group them into zones — and publish when it looks like your venue. Staff see the plan with every bowl counting down on its table; no plan yet, and the same timers line up as a tidy grid straight from your table list. On a phone the crew gets a rail of live bowls, soonest due first.
Your cadence, logged one tap at a time
Set how many coal changes a bowl gets and how many minutes each one runs; every bowl reads that cadence the moment it's served. Tap a table and press Coals changed each time the crew swaps the coals. On the last cycle, One more keeps a good session going and Finish session frees the table — and if guests switch seats, the bowl moves with them without touching the countdown.
It keeps ticking offline
Countdowns are worked out on the tablet itself, so they don't blink when the internet does. Coal changes and finished sessions queue on the device and sync the moment you're back — each recorded at the time you actually pressed it — and a change logged on one tablet reaches the others within a second or two.
