Your team on one page
Invite managers by email; they get a sign-in link in their inbox. Add floor staff by name; they don't need an email or a password. Roles decide who runs the back office and who only sees the order queue. And a Performance tab shows every shisha master's bowls and prep speed, over any dates you pick.

How it works
Two ways onto the team
Owners and managers are invited by email and sign in with a magic link, no password to set. Floor staff are added by name only (no inbox, no password) because they clock in by face at the kiosk.
Roles draw the line
An owner runs everything, billing and the team included. Managers get the back office and the order floor but not ownership. Staff see the kiosk and the order queue, and nothing more.
Who's on, at a glance
A live "on now" panel rides the admin sidebar on every page, and each member's hours-this-month sit right on the team list, so you can read the floor without opening a report.
Who made each shisha
Every bowl is credited to the master who made it. They tap Claim on the order in the kiosk queue; when only one person is on shift, the bowl is theirs automatically. Missed one? Set who prepared it from Orders afterwards. Anything nobody claimed sits on its own Unassigned row, so you can see how much work goes uncredited.
Speed, measured fairly
For each master the Performance tab shows shishas made and their share of the lounge's total, then prep time from Start to Done: the median, the average and the slowest 10%. The median leads because one forgotten Done tap can't drag it around; bowls left open for over an hour still count as made but stay out of the timings, and anyone with only a handful of bowls is flagged as a low sample. Click a master to see their bowls per day and their daily prep against the lounge's.
