Before they arrive
A booking system that knows your floor and your shelf
Share one link on Instagram, WhatsApp or Google Maps and guests book themselves: a time and party size, or a table they tap on your floor plan. The right table is picked for the party, the guest gets a confirmation email, and the booking shows up on your crew's kiosk. Guests can even pre-order their bowls, which reach the queue just before they walk in.
What you get
- Your own booking page: guests pick a time and party size, or a table on your floor plan
- Instant confirmation, or requests your crew approves from the admin or the kiosk
- Pre-ordered bowls hold their stock and reach the queue just before arrival
- Seat, no-show and cancel from the kiosk; the table frees itself after the grace time
How it works
A booking page in your lounge’s colours
Every lounge gets its own booking page in your branding, in English, Polish or German. Guests choose a time and party size and the smallest table that seats them is picked automatically, or you let them tap a free table on your floor plan. Their confirmation email carries a link to change or cancel, so a cancelled table comes back to you instead of sitting empty.
Bowls ready when they sit down
With pre-ordering on, guests build their bowls from your live menu while they book. The tobacco is held on your shelf from that moment, and the bowls land in the staff queue a set time before the guest arrives, or the moment your crew taps Seat. If the guest never shows, the bowls are cancelled and the tobacco goes back into stock.
Run the night from the kiosk
Tonight's bookings run along the top of the staff queue and tables with a booking coming up get a dot on the floor plan. Your crew approves requests, books a table for a guest on the phone, seats guests and cancels from the kiosk, and a booking nobody turned up for becomes a no-show after your grace time, freeing the table. In the admin, a day timeline lets you drag to book, with week, month and list views and a CSV export.
