What counts as a "user"?
A named member of your team — anyone listed on your Team page. Owners, managers, and staff all count toward the user limit. Customers using the kiosk don't count.
What happens when I hit my inventory limit?
You can still edit and toggle stock on existing items, but adding new ones is blocked until you upgrade or remove old items.
Can I download my old orders?
Yes. Every plan includes monthly CSV archives of every order placed, even after they leave the live history window. Archives are kept for the lifetime of your account.
What's the difference between order history and reporting history?
Live order history is the raw, individual orders you can browse, search, and re-open in the orders view. Reporting history is the aggregated dashboards — daily sales, top flavours, staff performance, shift productivity — which stay available for longer than the raw orders so you can still spot quarterly and seasonal trends after individual orders have rolled off.
Can I switch plans later?
Yes — upgrade or downgrade at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately; downgrades take effect at the end of the current billing period. If a downgrade would shorten your live order history, we'll email you a full archive of the orders that will fall out of the new window before they're removed.
Do I need to install anything?
No. EasyLounge runs in any modern browser and works great on iPads and Android tablets used as kiosks. You can install it to the home screen for a full-screen, app-like experience.
Do you have a free plan?
No, but every new business gets a 14-day free trial — on any tier you pick. A card is required at signup, but we don't charge until the trial ends — and you can cancel any time before then and you won't be billed at all.
What happens after the trial ends?
When the 14 days are up, your card is charged at whichever tier you're on and your account continues as a paid subscription. You can switch tiers any time during the trial — the first charge follows the tier you're on then. If you cancel before the trial ends, no charge is made and your account becomes read-only.
I run 3 lounges. Is there a discount?
Not in the initial launch. Drop us a line and we'll figure something out — this will change once we have live multi-venue data.
